The no.of users/customers depends on the ease of usage at Metro/TSRTC/Taxis/Cabs & Shops and promtion of card.

The target segment may include not only riders in Hyderabad Metro/TSRTC buses, but users of other services such as toll gate,shops as on when they become operational. The scope is for the entire state of Telangana.

3 General Query

TSTS invites proposals from leading Financial Institutions or Technlogy companies who have experience in implementing Multi-Modal Pre Paid cards of similar scale as proposed for Telangana State. The bidder who qualifies for the implementation of the One Telangana Card Project is expected to manage the complete Smart

Card ecosystem including issue of cards, top up facilities, required hardware, software, network infrastructure, Settlement & reconciliation, AFC, and related interfaces
