The purpose of this document is to map the activities in states / UTs while implementing Unlock 2.0

Assam

Additional Restriction

• Guwahati, Jorhat, Dibrugarh Golaghat, Dima Hasao, West Karbi Anglong were under complete lockdown for 14 days ending on July 12, 2020

• Lakhimpur, Tezpur, Mangaldai, Nalbari, Barpeta, Goalpara, Dhuburi, Silchar, Kokrajhar, and Other Districts are under Lockdown on weekends

• Only grocery and medicine stores to open in lockdown areas. Factories needing continuous operations to remain open

• Barbershops and parlours have been allowed to operate for hair trimming purposes only.

Other parts of the state:

Additional Relaxation

• Religious places/places of worship for public have been allowed subject to a gathering of a maximum of 20 persons per hour.

• Inter-district personal vehicles allowed to enter Assam with mandatory 14 day quarantine

• 100% waiver in admission fees to students in all education institutes under Government of Assam

• Film and video shooting for both government and private in open spaces and studios by maintaining social distancing has been allowed

Bihar

Activities Restrictions

• Offices of the Government of India, its Autonomous/Subordinate offices and Public Corporation shall remain closed. Exceptions as follows:

▪ Defence, central armed police forces. treasury, public utilities (including petroleum, CNG, LPG, PNG), disaster management. power generation and

▪ Transmission units, post offices, National informatics centre. Early warning Agencies

• Offices of the State Government, its Autonomous Bodies, corporation, etc. shall remain closed. Exceptions:

▪ Police, home guards, civil defence, fire and emergency services' disaster management, Elections and Prisons

▪ District administration and Treasury along with IT services/Video Conferencing support.

▪ Electricity, water supply, sanitation, Health, Food and Civil Supplies, Water Resources, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry.

▪ Municipal bodies

▪ Offices of Social Workers

• The above offices are required to work with minimum number of employees. All other government offices may work with not more than 33% of working strength in case the Head of the Office, considering the essential nature of government work decides so under intimation to the concerned District Magistrate. All other offices may continue to work-from-home only.

• All places of worship are closed for public.

Chhattisgarh

Additional Relaxation

• Training institutions run by the Central/state Government is allowed.

Goa

Activities Permitted with Restrictions

• Tourism activities to resume for domestic tourists with restrictions and SOP’s in place.

• Over 250 hotels in Goa have been granted permission to resume operations.

• Film shootings in Goa are resumed with the Government granting approval for the same in areas other than containment and micro-containment zones.

However, the production house will have to submit an undertaking assuring to adhere to the SOPs and general guidelines imposed by the government in view of COVID-19 outbreak.

• Three-day lockdown was imposed between July 17, 2020 to 0600 hrs on July 20, 2020.

• The order puts restrictions/ban on the all shops/establishments except essentials, restaurants, tea shops, pan shops, street food vendors, other food shops/joints (dhabas, gaddas), beach shacks and all other types of eateries, public transport except taxis, markets except for essentials, offices including Government excluding those pertaining to essential Government functioning and private offices excluding those pertaining to essential services, sports complexes, shopping malls, wine and liquor shops and all religious places/places of worship for public.

Jammu & Kashmir

Additional Relaxations

• Government run Training institutions are allowed to fuction.

Additional Restrictions

• Inter-UT state, Inter-province and Inter-district buses are restricted for public transport and private vehicles, except those permitted in specific categories of districts as per procedure prescribed.

• There shall be no Inter-province or Inter State/UT movement of individuals except after obtaining permission or in permitted public transport, after following prescribed health protocols.

• Only 50% of taxis, maxi-cabs, and cab aggregators in a district are to be allowed to ply on a given day, the arrangement for which shall be decided by the concerned DC.

• All shopping malls can open, subject to SOPs of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, date June 4, 2020, except in Red districts where they will operate with 50% of shops open on alternate days to be regulated by the Deputy Commissioner concerned.

Karnataka

Additional Restriction

• Movement of individuals shall remain strictly prohibited between 8 PM to 5 AM throughout the State, except for essential activities, including operations of industrial units in multiple shifts, movement of persons and goods on National and State Highway/major District Roads, loading and unloading of cargo and travel of persons to their destinations after disembarking from buses, trains and airplanes.

• Complete lockdown on Sundays with effect from July 5, 2020, and followed by next 4 Sundays till August 2, 2020. However, the essential activities permitted during Night Curfew shall be allowed during the Sunday lockdown also. Marriages already fixed on Sundays shall be permitted.

• With effect from July 10, 2020, all Government Offices/ Boards and Corporations, except those operating and maintaining essential services, shall remain closed on

all Saturdays till 2nd week of August, 2020, i.e., in addition to the existing holidays on 2nd and 4th Saturdays

• Lockdown of Bengaluru area comprising of BBMP area, Bengaluru Urban District and Bengaluru Rural District for a period of 7 days w.e.f, July 14, 2020; 8 PM to July 22, 2020; 5 AM.

• Offices of the State Government and their Autonomous bodies, corporation, etc.

shall remain closed. Exceptions (outside containment zone):

▪ Health, Medical Education, Police, Home Guards, Civil Defence, Fire and Emergency Services, Disaster Management, BBMP, and Prisons.

▪ All offices operating and maintaining essential services such as Electricity, Water, Sanitation, etc.

▪ BBMP and Subordinate Offices, Bengaluru Urban and Bengaluru Rural DC and Subordinate Offices.

▪ Secretariat Offices in Vidhana Soudha, Vikas Soudha and MS Building with 50% strength.

▪ Courts and Offices related to judicial work shall operate as per the existing guidelines issued by the Hon'ble High Court.

▪ All Offices, Officers, staff deputed for COVID related work.

▪ Offices and volunteers of NGO's deployed by BBMP and Deputy Commissioners of Bengaluru Rural and Urban District for COVID l9 related work

▪ Treasury offices

• Offices of the Government of India, its Autonomous/ Subordinate Offices and Public Corporations shall remain closed. Exceptions (outside containment zone):

▪ Defence, Defence PSUs, central armed police forces, and Telecommunication.

▪ Offices operating and maintaining essential services.

▪ Treasury (including, Pay & Accounts Offices, Financial Advisers and field offices of the Controller General of Accounts, with bare minimum staff).

▪ Public utilities (including petroleum, CNG, LPG, PNG), power generation and transmission units, post offices, Disaster management and Early Warning Agencies.

▪ National Informatics Centre.

▪ Customs clearance at airports/land border, GSTN; and MCA 21 Registry with bare minimum staff.

▪ Banks, Reserve Bank of India and RBI regulated financial markets and entities like NPCI, CCIL, payment system operators and standalone primary dealers with bare minimum staff

• Bengaluru Urban, Rural, Ramanagar, Kolar, Chikkaballapur and Tumakur Districts are considered as one unit for movement and transportation of people from Bengaluru and vice- versa. Employees/workers working in these industries are allowed to travel with valid ID Card issued by their industry to the place of work and back.

• Only flights and trains already scheduled will continue to operate during the Lockdown period. Flight and train tickets shall serve as the passes for movement of persons by taxis/cab aggregators/auto rickshaws to board flight and trains. No new flights or trains will be permitted.

• Hotels, restaurants, and hospitality services is prohibited to operate except those meant for housing health/ police/ Government officials/ healthcare workers/

stranded persons including tourists and for quarantine facilities. However, hotels and restaurants shall be permitted to operate kitchens for take away/home delivery of food items only.

• All religious places/ places of worship shall be closed for public. Religious congregations are strictly prohibited.

• Commercial and private establishment shall be closed down. Exceptions (outside containment zone):

▪ Shops, including ration shops (PDS) dealing with food, groceries, fruits and vegetables, dairy and milk booth, meat and fish, animal fodder to open only from 5 am to 12 noon. Home delivery of essential items shall be encouraged to minimize movement of individuals outside their homes. Operations shall be subject to adhering to National Directives for COVID 19 management.

Ladakh

Additional Relaxations

• Training institutions run by the Central/state Government is allowed.

• Tourists may be allowed to visit religious places for tourism purposes.

Additional Restrictions

• All Hotels and other hospitality services are permitted to open with 50% capacity.

• Parking is regulated on roads of bazaars, market areas to prevent congestion and ensure social distancing

• All passengers arriving in Ladakh both by air and road must undergo seven days mandatory quarantine at their place of stay. On arrival or during the period of stay the inbound passengers may have to undergo a COVID-19 test. Such person(s) will be released from quarantine if his/her test report is found negative. In case they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the District Surveillance officer immediately.

• Incoming passenger(s) who is/are declared suspects in the Aarogya Setu app will mandatorily be home quarantined for 14 days. In case, they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the District Surveillance Officer of the respective District immediately. Such persons will be administered COVID-19 test by the District Surveillance Officer and till such time their test report is declared negative, they will have to stay under home quarantine along with other family members.

• The personnel of Defence and Central Armed Police Forces returning to duty by road or special flights are exempted from the above provisions and shall be allowed to proceed to their respective Units/Formations for necessary quarantine as per their internal procedures.

• Red Category District(s) the shops in the market complex/area will operate based on the roster to be notified by the Deputy Commissioner concerned. Restaurants (including in hotels) can operate for home delivery and take away only. This will be subject to the SOPs of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare; Govt. of India dated June 4, 2020.

• There shall be no restriction on inter-State/UT and intra-UT movement of persons and goods including those for cross land border trade under Treaties with neighboring countries and no separate permission/approval/e-permit will be required for such movement. In the event of any inter-State/UT coordination

required in the matter, the Divisional Commissioner, Ladakh will coordinate regarding such matters with other States/UTs. The District Magistrates will ensure continuation of screening and fumigation protocols at interstate/inter-UT/inter district borders. The District Magistrates will ensure data collection of every person entering Ladakh and oversee that they follow the quarantine protocols as mandated under this order and district specific orders.

Maharashtra

Additional Restrictions

• Lockdown in Maharashtra extended till July 31, 2020 though some restrictions have been eased under “Mission Begin Again”. Several activities have been prohibited as per previous lockdown notifications. Additionally, following activities have also been prohibited

a. Religious places/places of worship for public

b. Barber Shops, Spas, Saloons, Beauty Parlours, except as permitted by State Government

c. Shopping Malls

• Restriction on Permitted non-essential activities and movement of persons is left to the district Collector based on local conditions of infections.

• Non-Essential activities like Shopping, Gym, Salon etc. is restricted to neighbourhood area withing 2 km of residence.

• Complete lockdown announced for Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad and some parts of Rural Pune from July 13, 2020 to July 23, 2020. Only shops related to essential services like dairy and medical stores and hospitals will remain open.

A. As per order of June 29, 2020 in Municipal Corporations of MMR Region including MCGM, MC of Pune, Solapur, Malegaon, Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon, Akola, Amravati and Nagpur, following activities are permitted with restrictions, in addition to the activities permitted under MHA order:

• All essential shops which are allowed to remain open before this order, shall continue to do so.

• All non-essential shops will be allowed to continue as per relaxations and guidelines issued vide Order dated May 31, 2020 and June 4, 2020. and are in operation as per the policy of respective Municipal Corporation. All non-essential markets. market areas & shops except malls and market complexes will remain open from 9 am to 5 pm. Liquor shops will continue to operate if permitted, home delivery or otherwise.

• All Government offices (excluding Emergency. health & Medical. treasuries.

Disaster management, police, NIC, food & Civil Supply, FC1. N.Y.K. Municipal Services) to function with 15% strength or 15 persons whichever is higher.

• All private offices can operate up to 10% strength or 10 people, whichever is more

• Movement of people is allowed in following manner:

a. Taxi/Cab/aggregator : Only essential 1 + 2 b. Rickshaw : Only essential 1 + 2 c. Four-Wheeler : Only essential 1 + 2 d. Two-wheeler : Only essential One Rider

• The inter-district movement of persons within the area of Municipal Corporations under the MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) for the essential activities and the office purposes. For shopping purposes people are expected to use only nearby / neighbourhood markets only. Long distance travel for non-essential items is not permitted.

• Barber Shops. Spas. Saloons. Beauty Parlours with conditions as permitted by State Government.

B. In the rest of State except the areas covered in above A, all activities, which are not explicitly prohibited or banned as per MHA order shall continue to be permitted, with restrictions as specified in the Orders issued from time to time:-

a. All public and private transport will follow passenger management:

b. Two-Wheeler : 1 rider c. Three-Wheeler : 1 + 2 d. Four-Wheeler : 1 + 2

• All non-essential markets/shops will remain open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Barber Shops, Spas. Saloons. Beauty Parlors with conditions as permitted by the State Government.

Manipur

Additional Restriction

• Jiribam District under complete lockdown

• Passes needed for private vehicles to ply

• Home delivery of essential commodities only from 6 am to 2 pm by local shops

• Wholesale shops to operate all days except Sunday

• Only essential services like hospital, Government officials engaged in COVID duties, essential services etc exempted

• Standalone shops to open between 6 am to 2 pm

• Daily and weekly bazaars remain controlled as per orders of local administration

• Places of worship to remain closed

• Malls and market complexes not opened

Meghalaya

Additional Restriction

• Barber shops, beauty parlours and salons not allowed to be open

• Night curfew 9 pm to 5 am.

• 4 wheelers with only 2 passengers, and pillion riding with female or child below 12 years allowed

• All Human & Vet healthcare related establishments to operate on all days of the week between 9 am to 6 pm

• All malls and market complexes to remain closed till further orders

• Home delivery of food services on all days between 9 am to 10 pm

• Mobile vehicle repairing services and self-employed technicians to operate on all days between 9 am to 8 pm

• Automobile Showrooms closed on Sunday (on other days between 9 am to 6 pm)

• Wine shops & bonded warehouses between 9 am to 4 pm (closed on Sundays)

• Police Bazaar area to open on all days for private offices (with 33% workforce), construction works (in-situ) and notified shops

• Food Processing units, Brick Kilns, Industrial Units, Cement Plants (at 50%

capacity), mining of limestone (for export only)

• Border trade with Bangladesh allowed from June 8, 2020 only through Land Customs Stations (LCS)

• Border Haats not allowed to trade with Bangladesh

• Shopping Complexes, Malls, Lottery Counters, Cyber Cafes to remain closed

Mizoram

Additional Restriction

• Private vehicles to ply as per odd even arrangement, except on Sundays.

• All international and inter-state borders continue to remain closed barring three entry points- Vairengte and Bairabi on the Mizoram-Assam border and Kanhmun on the state border with Tripura, which will be opened for commodities.

• Night curfew will continue to remain imposed between 7:30 pm and 4:30 am every day.

Additional Relaxation

• Games and sports practice, book release function and other related events are also allowed with a maximum of 25 attendees.

• Lengpui airport will remain open

Nagaland

Additional Restriction

• Entire state continues to be under lockdown.

• Odd-Even system of vehicles movement only in Dimapur town for pass holders (This is applicable only in NH29 & Dimapur town).

Odisha

Additional Restriction

• Complete shutdown on Saturdays and Sundays in 11 districts - Ganjam, Puri, Nayagarh, Khurda, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore and Bolangir.

• The curfew timings are from 7 PM to 7 AM hrs the next day.

Rajasthan

• Small places of worship (temple, masjid, gurudwara etc.) in rural areas, which used to have an average daily visit of up to 50 persons per day, prior to the Lockdown, may be opened with effect from July 1, 2020 subject to conditions laid down by the State Government.

• Shops may have more than 2 (small shops) or 5 (large shops), customers at a time, depending upon space available, on the condition that adequate physical distance will be maintained between customers.

• City buses shall not ply till further orders.

• All persons who are moving outside the State shall be required to obtain a pass for travel outside the State from one of the following offices:

▪ Collector & District Magistrate

▪ Commissioner of Police / DCP / District Superintendent of Police

▪ Sub-Divisional Magistrate

▪ Dy. Superintendent of Police

▪ Local Police Station

• In addition, a counter shall be set up by the District Administration at the airport, railway station and bus stand that may provide on the spot passes after verification of IDs. However, persons applying for pass at such counters should reach well in advance before the time of departure. Screening at such places before boarding would to be done as prescribed.

• For those travelling outside the state by road (other than by scheduled bus), screening of persons and verification of pass / IDs etc shall be ensured at the check posts to be set at the border.

Sikkim

Additional Restriction

• Inter-District and Intra-District movement of people and vehicles are stopped till further orders. Only local movement of people and authorised vehicles is allowed.

• The movement of all private vehicles including two-wheelers shall not be allowed.

• Operation of taxis shall however be allowed as per the existing odd/even stipulation for local movement only. Similarly, operation of two wheelers will be allowed for the purpose of food delivery as per the existing guidelines.

• The earlier passes issued by authorities other than Home, Sikkim Police. Health and Forests Departments are now invalid. New passes can be issued by (and under the signature Of District Collector alone), only in case of medical emergency, official purpose or extreme exigency.

• Only SNT buses allowed for public transport, other buses only for company employees

• Restaurants not allowed for inhouse dining. Take away and delivery allowed till 8.30 pm.

• Markets and shops allowed to remain open on all days from 8 am to 5 pm

• Religious Places/ Places of worship closed

• Hotels and restaurants will be also be allowed to open with 50 per cent capacity till 8 pm.

• Markets and shops allowed to remain open on all days from 8 am to 6 pm

Tripura

Additional Relaxation

• Districts sharing Indo-Bangla Border under lockdown

• Night curfew 9 pm to 5 am

Uttar Pradesh

Additional Restrictions

• All wholesale markets, commercial establishments, rural haats and markets will be allowed to function between 9 AM to 9 PM

• Weekend lockdown to be imposed starting from July 14, 2020 (Friday night 10 PM to Monday Morning 5 AM) The lockdown rules:

▪ Only Government administrative offices, banks & essentials will be allowed to function during the weekend lockdown

▪ All wholesale markets, commercial establishments, rural haats and markets will be closed during lockdown

▪ All week-offs of commercial establishments should be shifted to the weekend lockdown

▪ Any organised weekend market should be shifted to weekdays

▪ All religious places to open only in weekdays with all necessary SOPs in place

▪ There will be no restriction on the movement of people travelling to the airport or from airport to their destination

Additional Relaxations

• District administration will carry out a campaign to ensure cleanliness and sanitation and availability of clean drinking water. All the offices & employees working in the campaign will be exempted of all restrictions.

• All medical facilities and services and availability of essential items will continue to work as it was previously working. There will be no restriction on people working towards providing these services.

• IT-ITes enabled services and related business will continue to function both in rural & urban areas during weekdays, ensuring social distancing is maintained and SOPs are in place.

• No restriction on the offices related to the Screening & Surveillance campaign and on the movement of officers/workers related to the campaign (based on their IDs)

• Offices & officials/ workers related to essential services will be exempted from all restrictions and their identity cards will be treated a duty pass

• Construction activities including private projects will continue to function

• There will be no restriction on the movement of goods carrier, they will continue to ply on national and state highways and petrol pumps and dhabas along the highway will continue to function as earlier.

• Availability of buses will be ensured for people travelling with railways as per the requirement.

Uttarakhand

• All inbound persons from other states, irrespective of the mode of travel, shall mandatorily register themselves on the Smart City web portal, prior to their travel. Thought no permit/ permission shall be required for such movement, the registration documents shall necessarily be verified at the border check posts.

• There shall be an upper limit of 1500 persons per day (excluding people coming by train and plane) for all inbound persons travelling to the state without undergoing RT-PCR tests. In exceptional circumstances, DMS will be authorized to issue around 50 permits, over and above this limit, to persons in distress.

• There shall be complete lockdown on Saturdays and Sundays in the districts of Dehradun, Haridwar, Udham Singh Nagar and Nainital, except for essential services including operations of industrial units in multiple shifts, agricultural and construction activities, liquor shops, hotels, movement of persons and vehicles associated with these activities, movement of goods on National and State highways, loading and unloading of cargo and travel of persons to their destinations after disembarking from buses, trains and airplanes

West Bengal

• Restriction on domestic flights from high prevalence places to West Bengal. No flights from six cities in the country to be allowed in the State till July 31, 2020.

These cities are Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Chennai and Ahmedabad.

• Mandatory institutional quarantine for 2 weeks for the returnees on Shramik Special trains/ Special trains from COVID-19 hotspots.

• Migrant workers reaching their homes in tea estates of West Bengal would not be allowed to stay in home quarantine but kept in quarantine centres in each tea garden.

• Norms of physical distancing and health hygiene protocol must be strictly followed. Any violation in compliance of norms of physical distancing, health hygiene protocol and wearing of masks shall attract penal action as per law

• Management bodies/owners/in-charge of the institutions, organizations, shops and establishments and work places etc. shall be responsible for compliance of stated norms and directives

• Movement of individuals shall remain strictly prohibited between 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM except for essential activities including operation of industrial units in shifts; movement, loading & unloading of goods and travel of persons to destinations after disembarking from buses, trains and airplanes.

• In Containment Zones following activities are not permitted: All Govt. & Private offices, All non-essential activities, All congregations, All transportation & All marketing/industrial/trading activities

Annexure I: All India Corona Containment Zones and Health Facilities

Covid-19 is one of the biggest disasters humankind has ever faced in recent times, bringing disruption to human life worldwide. Annexure II: Quarantine Regulation for Passengers Entering State by Flight

NOTE: Aarogya Setu app has been made compulsory for airline passengers as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by the Airports Authority of India (AAI)

State/ UT Quarantine Regulation Andaman &

Nicobar

Screening:

1. Thermal screening for all passengers.

2. COVID-19 test will be done on random basis.

Quarantine:

1. Institutional Quarantine for Symptomatic passengers till the test results are available.

2. further action will be decided by Health Authorities based on the test result Instructions to Passengers:

1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

2. Passenger is required to undergo COVID-19 Test at the Airport as directed by the Health Authorities.

Andhra Pradesh

Screening:

1. Thermal screening for all passengers

2. 10% of randomly selected people and preference to people of more than 60 years age and children of less than 10 years coming by domestic air mode by taking test swab at airports itself

Quarantine:

1. Domestic Air Travel – 14 days of home quarantine

2. International Air Travel- 7 Days of institutional quarantine.

3. Test may be conducted between 5th and 7th day and based on result follow up action to be initiated (as per COVID Instant Order 52)

4. Exemption maybe extended to business persons from Home Quarantine subject to they providing COVID negative certificate issued by ICMR authorized laboratory within the last three days of arrival.

Instructions to Passengers:

1. All passengers must download Aarogya setu App

2. All passengers are required to register themselves on Spandana

website www.spandana.ap.gov.in and obtain clearance prior to booking their tickets.

Assam Screening:

1. Thermal screening will be conducted upon arrivals

2. COVID swab test will be conducted upon arrivals. Antigen test available in GAU.

Quarantine:

1. 7 days of Institutional Quarantine followed by 07 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers. This is applicable for DIB/IXS/JRH.

2. For GAU, since Antigen test is available & results are available in 60 mins, following shall be the steps for arriving passengers from other states.

i. If the test result is positive, the passenger will be moved to COVID facility for further processing.

ii. If the results are negative, swab test will be done & sent for RT-PCR COVID-19 test also.

The passenger will be allowed to proceed and Home quarantine for 14 days.

iii. If the passenger does not wish to Home quarantine, district administration will facilitate the quarantine option in a hotel. The expenses will need to be paid by the passengers.

Exception to Quarantine:

Below mentioned categories shall be exempted from Institutional Quarantine, however they will be required to go for 14 days of Home Quarantine

1. Pregnant women

2. Elderly person above 75 years

3. Person due to attend funeral of immediate relation 4. Children below 10 years

5. Divyang

6. Immediate relative of hospitalized patients 7. People with pre-existing health conditions 8. Passengers returning the same day.

Exemption to quarantine shall also to be given for following scenarios 1. Husband & Wife traveling to Assam together,

2. Husband, wife & their children traveling together to Assam, 3. Husband, wife & their parents traveling together.

4. Exemption will be given to asymptomatic passengers of the above categories. Every person of the group shall undergo 14 days home quarantine after compliance with health protocols.

Passenger Obligation:

1. All passengers must fill Health Declaration form prescribed by state to upon arrival.

2. Passengers further travelling to other destinations will be transported to respective district & processed as per the State policy

Failure to do so may result in quarantine for a specific period before commencing onward journey

4. All passengers travelling in capacity of military or para military personnel on official duty will be allowed to directly travel to their respective cantonment/ camp where they will be quarantined.

1. Domestic traveller s who are *asymptomatic* and entering Gujarat will not be

quarantined, however they will be permitted to go with advice that they will self-monitor their health for 14 days.

2. International arrivals passengers need to go under 7 days of Institutional Quarantine followed by 7 days of Home Quarantine.

3. Passengers will have to fill and submit self-reporting form after arrival at airport.

2. Any business traveller or short-term visitor who intends to stay more than 48 hrs but less than 7 days shall have to undergo swab test upon arrival. As soon as the swab test result is negative, s/he is allowed to complete his/her engagements and go back. Till the time test results are awaited, s/he must stay in Institutional quarantine (Government facility at no charge or paid quarantine at designated hotels).

3. Any business traveller or short-term visitor having COVID test negative report from ICMR approved lab, not older than 2 days shall be exempted from any type of quarantine.

4. Business traveller ’s native to Karnataka & returning within 4 days, there will be no testing & no quarantine. Such passengers should report to Apthamitra Helpline (14410) regarding the status of their health during the next 14 days.

Kerala Health Screening:

1. Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers 2. COVID test for symptomatic passengers.

Exception to Quarantine:

Passengers who visit the State for a short period for purposes like business, official, trade, medical, court cases, property management or any like purposes will be exempted. Government have allowed them to visit the State for a period up to 7 days without mandatory quarantine ONLY after obtaining entry passes through covid19jagratha portal. They shall provide the details of local itinerary along with the purpose of visit and local accommodation and contact person. Any deviations from this, during visit, shall be informed to the authorities with valid reasons.

Passenger Obligation:

1. All passengers shall be required to register their details on Generate e-Pass 2. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App

3. All passengers shall be required to register their details on https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/ and obtain e-pass.

4. Upon arrival, passengers are required to show their e-pass to the Health Officials at airport and undergo Home Quarantine for 14 days.

5. All passengers intending to visit any other State or UT after entering Kerala shall be required to have the entry pass for Kerala and the State or UT s/he intends to visit.

Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal:

Health Screening:

1. Thermal screening and health profiling shall be done upon arrival.

2. If passenger is found symptomatic, COVID test to be performed Quarantine:

1. Institutional Quarantine till the test result is available.

2. If the test result is positive, passenger shall be sent to COVID Care Centre. Post which passenger may be required to re-test followed by Home Quarantine as deemed fit by the competent authorities.

3. If the result is negative, further Institutional or Home Quarantine is not required 4. No quarantine for business and corporate traveller .

Passenger Obligation:

1. Passenger is required to undergo COVID-19 Test at the Airport if advised by the Health Authorities.

2. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

Indore:

Health Screening:

Passenger will be required to share the place of stay details with State Govt. officials.

Such passenger will be required to take COVID test on self-payment basis (2,400 per person).

areas of Odisha. This will be ascertained by local gram panchayats.

3. During 07 days of Institutional Quarantine if any passenger is found symptomatic s/he shall be shifted to COVID Care Centre/Hospitals.

All passengers intending to exit Odisha within 72 hours of the arrival shall be exempted from quarantine

Punjab Amritsar:

2. All passengers must submit Self-Health Declaration and go through screening process.

Tamil Nadu All passengers travelling to Tamil Nadu shall be required to register on State website and obtain TN e-pass- Generate e-Pass

Health Screening:

1. Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers

2. COVID test for passengers arriving into Chennai from Maharashtra, Gujarat & Delhi 3. COVID test for passengers arriving into any other airport of Tamil Nadu from any state, at

the discretion of Health Officials

4. COVID test for all passengers travelling within Tamil Nadu, at the discretion of Health Officials.

Quarantine:

2. For symptomatic passengers will be required to go for Institutional Quarantine till the time COVID test results are available, at the discretion of Health Officials. Post which they will be required to complete remaining period of 14 days of Home Quarantine.

3. Movement within the state of Tamil Nadu: Persons travelling for business trip and return within 48 hours are exempted from quarantine. In such cases the individual shall furnish valid return document.

Passenger Obligation:

Telangana Health Screening:

Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

Quarantine:

1. All international passengers shall be sent to 07 days of Institutional Quarantine at Government facility or at paid designated hotels.

2. Health Authorities shall decide about the Quarantine requirements for all other symptomatic passengers.

Passenger Obligation:

None.

Tripura Health Screening :

1. COVID test shall be done for all arriving passengers. The test will be done by state health officials & passengers do not need to pay for the swab test.

2. Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

Quarantine :

1. All passengers with foreign travel history in last 28 days shall be taken to nearby sample collection center and shall be kept in Institutional Quarantine till the test results are available

2. All passengers whose samples are collected on random basis upon arrival shall be allowed to go home with an advice to self-monitor their health and follow 14 days of Home Quarantine

3. All other passengers shall go for 14 days of Home Quarantine Exception to Quarantine:

All asymptomatic passengers intending to exit Tripura within 72 hours of the arrival shall be exempted from quarantine with an advice to self-monitor their health and in case of any symptoms they must inform the District Surveillance Officer or State Control Room number – 0381-2412424.

Passenger Obligation:

1. Bangladesh Passport holders intending to enter Bangladesh can do so via Akhaura check- post. S/he will be transported to Akhaura check-post in special transport on payment basis
