The SLC has confirmed the Minutes of the previous Meeting held on 10/09/2015.
Further, it was brought to the notice of the SLC that Interest Subsidy under Pavala Vaddi Scheme has been sanctioned for the 1st Half Year of 2014- 15 to M/s. Vasavi Kanyaka Parameswari Cold Storage , Arapet(V), Metpalli(V), Karimnagar District in 5th SLC meeting and was again sanctioned erroneously in 6th SLC meeting, due to the non recording of the notings in the concerned file by the then officials of the Incentives Programme Division and requested the SLC for cancellation of the sanction accorded to the unit in 6th SLC meeting.
SLC took a serious note on the above lapse and directed the Member- Conveners of SLC and SVC i.e., Additional Director of Industries and Joint Director of Industries to ensure that the necessary recordings are made in the file about the previous sanctions already accorded to the units and also directed that, herein after, as a part of
agenda, they should certify and record in the appraisal/agenda notes that the claims placed for sanction in SVC/SLC meetings were not sanctioned earlier.
Further, it was warned by the Chairman that, any future lapse in this regard will lead to stringent disciplinary action on the defaulting officers. Further, the committee have cancelled the sanction of Pavala Vaddi accorded to the above unit in 6th SLC meeting.

In the 6th SLC meeting, the Chairman ,SLC has directed the Sub-Committee of SLC to submit report in respect of following proposals within a month from the date of 6th SLC meeting;
1. IIDF proposal of M/s. AGI Glasspac, Bhongir, Nalgonda District.
2. Sanction of Investment Subsidy under IIPP 2010-15-SCSP Scheme to M/s. Amulya Enterprises, Cherlapally, Ranga Reddy District.
3. Release of Incentives to M/s.
JupitorConductors,
Pashmylaram, Medak District.
The Chairman, SLC expressed his displeasure on non submission of the report by the Sub Committee of SLC even after the lapse of more than a month time and directed the Sub Committee of SLC to complete the
inspection and submit the report by 15th Novemebr 2015 possitively.

The SLC has examined the recommendations of the Verification / Scrutiny Committee and decided to sanction eligible incentives / concessions to the industrial units as mentioned below under various schemes:
1. Investment Subsidy(IS):
Sanctioned investment subsidy to (19) units under IIPP/T-IDEA as against (20) proposals recommednded for sanction by SVC, - list is appended as Annexure – I.
SLC have not agreed with the recommendation of SVC for sanction of Investment Subsidy to M/s. Arvind Cans, Mahabubnagar Dist. (Sl. No.5 of the list appended) subject to condition i.e., inspection and confirmation by SSC and also obtaining copies of relevant approvals, and directed the Member Convener to place the claim for sanction in next SVC/SLC after inspection by SSC and also after submission of all relevant documents/approvals by the unit.
2. 100% Reimbursement of Stamp Duty sanctioned to (07) units under IIPP and the list is appended as Annexure – II.

Cal Lite Foods(India) Private Limited whose date of reciept in the CoI office is 13-11-2009 with a direction to place the proposal in next meeting duly obtaining fresh status report on working of the unit from G.M., DIC concerned and also on submission of valid CFO by the unit, since the proposal is 6 years old.
It was noticed by the SLC that the claim proposals of SCSP/TSP received in the Commissionerate of Industries on 19-10-2015, i.e, on the date of SVC meeting and some other proposals without following the seniority were processed and placed before SLC for sanction of incentives. Further, the

Further, the Committee noted that there are some more claim proposals which were received in the Commissionerate of Industries prior to 31-05-2015 and are yet to be processed for placing in the SLC.
The Committee requested the member convener to arrange for expeditious processing of all such pending proposals, received in full shape and take necessary action for placing them in the next SVC/SLC meetings for sanction of Incentives.
In view of the above, the Committee decided to consider the date of receipt of claim in full shape in Commissionerate of Industries as the criteria for fixing the seniority among the claims now being sanctioned in 7th SLC meeting and those which are received before 31-05-2015 and going to be sanctioned in subsequent SLC meetings.
The seniority so fixed, shall be followed scrupulously for release of incentives to the above sanctioned cases.
