SMALL ANIMALS (SHEEP/GOAT) SLAUGHTER LINE EQUIPMENT TOTAL CAPACITY MIN 200 HEADS /HOUR

CONSISTING OF 2 LINES EACH OF MIN 100 HEADS /HOUR.

1. Animal Raceway, upto 15 M: 2 Sets.

The Raceway is to walk the animal to slaughter area from Lairage and will have two raceways for animals and one for handler. It will be designed to ensure one-way movement of animal in a single file and narrow enough to ensure animal cannot reverse itself. The raceway to slaughter hall will be made out of GI pipe and shall be embedded in concrete at the bottom. The raceway will be duly covered with galvalum sheet with necessary ground supports, to protect from rain and sun rays. The Raceways will extend up to the slaughtering area of the overhead slaughter line. A sliding door / split curtain will be provided in the raceway so that the animal cannot see any of the slaughtering operations in the slaughter hall. This is as per the requirements of PETA / Animal Welfare Board.

The ramp shall be constructed with min 150 mm thick of M15 grade of concrete.

2. Digital Platform Weigh Scale, 100 Kgs: 2 Nos

Weigh Scale is meant for weighing live weight of animal entering the slaughter hall and should be designed to facilitate collect weight while animal is at the end of raceway.

The Weigh Scale will be platform type, Load cell based design, complete with digital electronic display Unit. The platform weigh scale shall be used for weighing of individual animals in the Raceway prior to the slaughter hall. The digital display unit shall be located separately away from Raceway and can also be linked to the main computer for Record purpose. The accuracy level must be within 0.5 Kgs.

3. SS Hallal Killing Burry: 4 Nos

The Killing Burry will be in Stainless Steel construction and shall be used for receiving animals from the animal trap and to facilitate killing. The platform shall be used to slit the throat of the animals by

“ HALAL METHOD” and also to collect the initial blood bleeding from

SS sheet, with supporting legs having ball feet for 50 mm height adjustment. The supply to also should include SS Trough for collection of the blood.

4. Electric Hoist, 250 Kgs: 4 Nos

The Electric hoist will be used to lift the animal from Hallal Killing burry and place it on overhead bleeding rail.

The Electric hoist will be operated with winding drum, powered by single phase electric motor of suitable Hp rating. The supply includes extension wire with PENDANT for remote operation standing from the ground level.

The supply also includes necessary structural support arrangement to fix the electric hoist at convenient height.

5. SS Blood & Water Drain 4 Nos

The Blood and water drain will ensure collection and transfer of blood as per requirement in the Slaughter house. The Unit will be in SS construction and will be complete with SS piping for blood collection at a convenient point.

6. S.S.Bleeding Rails: ( 20M Each ): 2 Sets

The Over head bleeding rails will be used for hanging the animal in vertically down position to complete the blood bleeding. The bleeding rail commences from the Slaughter area and shall extend upto the transfer station in the Dressing Rail. The Bleeding rail shall be made out of special grade Stainless steel tubes and welded at site.

It will be supported by suitable brackets from the top supporting structure, which in turn will be supported from the roof slab or beam. The supply also includes shackles return rail / Lowerator for railing of shackle by gravity and extends up to the bleeding grid area for easy pick up. The complete rail system and supports shall be upto 20 Mtr Length, size: 48 mm outer dia, including shackle return complete for finished item of work.

7. S.S. Dressing Rails – 100 M 1 Lot

The Dressing rails and the overhead track system will be used for carrying the animals in inverted down position and will used for de- hiding and other dressing operations in the slaughter line. The line will extend to hanging halls and further to dispatch area. The track

track shall be made of special grade Stainless steel round section of 48 mm dia. The track will be supported by means of steel brackets with a suitably designed supporting structure, which in turn is supported from the beams, columns, slab or walls. The supply includes necessary rail switches ( manually operated) as per the approved layout, upto 100M Length.

8. SS Dehiding Platforms: 4 Nos

The Dehiding platforms will facilitate the butchers for initial opening of Skin on Rear legs and back of animal and up to middle portion. The platform will be of sufficient length as per the capacity of the slaughter line. The frame work and supporting legs shall be in SS execution and the platform shall have non-skid Aluminum chequered plate for floor. It should be complete with steps to climb and return.

Size: 2000 x 1000 x 400 mm (H).

9. SS Viscera Inspection Tables: 2 Nos

Viscera Inspection Tables are to facilitate the post mortem inspection by the Veterinary Doctor of the viscera drawn from an animal. The table will be designed in such a way that Vet. Doctor can simultaneously view carcass & Viscera of each animal from a point. The Table shall be made out of 2 mm thick SS Sheets. The table shall have rim all around with a depth of minimum 50 mm and supported on SS pipe legs with ball feet. The Viscera Inspection table shall be of suitable width and sufficient length and of adequate height and complete with suitable slope towards water drain with valve. Suitable opening shall be provided at one end to empty the contents easily into SS transfer carts. All the SS welds shall be carried by TIG and ground smooth. All SS surfaces shall be polished to 150 grit finish.

Size: 2250 x 600 x 800 mm (H).

10 SS Ducts: 1 Lot

The Stainless Steel ducts will be used for dropping of Heads/Horns, Skins and offals from upper dressing floor To the respective Bi- Product rooms in the Cellar floor. The SS Ducts will be made out of minimum 2mm thick SS 304 Quality materials and will be of sufficient

11 SS Apron Wash: 4 Nos

The Apron wash shall be used by the butcher for washing their Aprons from Blood stains after performing “HALAL” for killing of the animal, and other dressing operations in the slaughter line. The Unit shall be in SS execution and self supporting type with non-skid platform and foot operated valve and twin shower header and drain.

The Unit shall have enclosure on three sides to avoid splashing of water to other areas. Size: 1800 (h) x 700 (w) x 550 (L) mm.

12 SS Knife Sterilizers / Hand Wash Units: 6 Nos

Knife Sterilisers are meant to sterilize knife before being used for any operation and should be able to hold two knives. The Knife sterilizer shall be in SS construction, and of sufficient size with water inlet connection and a drain. The Unit shall be suitable for mounting on the side of wash basin or any of the working platforms. The Unit shall be provided with Industrial type Electrical Heating element of min 0.5 Kw rating.

13 SS Working Tables: 800mm x 1200mm x 800 mm (H): 4 Nos These tables shall be used for receiving of Heads & Legs, Hides and

offal from the respective areas. These tables shall be made out of 2mm thick SS Sheets and of size 800 mm width x 1200 mm long and 800 mm height. The table shall have rim all around with a depth of minimum 50 mm and supported on 4 Nos. SS pipe legs with ball feet capable of 50 mm vertical height adjustment. The top rim shall be bent and turned down to avoid sharp edge and also to provide sufficient stiffness to the table. The table shall have slope towards one end with a drain pipe and valve. Size: 2500x1250x800mm with 2 mm thickness.

14 SS Transfer Carts, 200L 10 Nos

These trolleys shall be used for transportation of miscellaneous materials within the slaughterhouse. The Trolley shall be of 200L volume and made out of minimum 2 mm thick sheet of SS material

dumping on to ground / container in single operation. The tank shall be fitted with 4 Nos. Wheels and pushing handle. Size: 700x700x700 mm.

15 SS Organ Trolley: 6 Nos

Organ Trolleys are meant for display, storing and movement of organs such as liver, heart, kidney etc., with in the Slaughter hall.

These trolleys shall be of hook type and suitable to hang the organs on hook, and designed to hold firmly even during movement within the Slaughter hall. The trolley shall have SS frame work and shall have 4 Nos. Wheels and pushing handle. Size:

1600x800x1500mm(h).

16 SS Hand wash Units: 6 Nos

The Wash basins will be in Stainless Steel execution, and wall mounting type. The wash basin will be supplied with water connection and foot operated valve. The wash basin will have SS back up top plate to take care of back splash, central drain connection and a soap dispenser.

17 SS Carcass Wash Screens: 1 Set

The Unit shall be used for washing of the Carcass by means of high pressure water jets. It should have mechanism to limit the water spread to stop wetting of other process areas. The Washing cabinet shall be of suitable height corresponding to carcass height on rail formed using SS Screens on one side of the rail to protect splashing / spilling of wash water. SS Screen size: 2000 x 1000mm, platform size: 1000 mm x 600 mm x 700 mm.

18 Hanging Hall /Despatch Rails: (70 M): 1 Lot

The overhead track system shall be used for carrying the dressed carcasses in the ground floor and holding in the hanging halls till the time of dispatch. The track shall have gradual slope for easy manual pushing. The overhead track shall be made of special grade Stainless steel and 48 mm dia round section. The track shall be supported by means of steel brackets with a suitably designed supporting structure, which in turn is supported from the beams, columns, slab or walls. The supply includes necessary rail switches (manually

for facilitating loading into the dispatch vans.

19 SS Gambrels & Hooks: 100 Nos

These Units are most important parts in manual operation and shall be used for hanging the animal on both rear legs and conveying the carcass through various dressing operations on overhead rail system in the Slaughterhouse. The gambrel with hook shall be designed in such a way that it does not take too much of operator’s effort to push carcass form working station to another. The Gambrels shall be made out of SS rods and shall be suitable for hanging the animal on both rear legs. The gambrel shall be provided with galvanized hook with roller for free movement on round bar rail network complete for finished item.

20 Air Curtains ( Single Door): 2 Nos

The Air curtain will be suitable for 1.2M width door and will be used at the building opening to the slaughter hall. These Air curtains will be equipped with single phase electric motors.

21 Knife Sharpener: 1 Hp 1 Nos

Knife sharpener is meant to sharpen knifes used in Slaughter hall.

The Knife Sharpener shall be electrically operated and with grinding stone for periodic sharpening of the knives used in the Slaughterhouse. The supply should include pedestal / bottom support for direct mounting on the floor.

22 Hose Reel with Gun: 6 Nos

The hose reel with Gun will be used for cleaning of the floor, walls and also the equipments after slaughtering is completed. ( Water connection to this unit @ 35 MWC head is to be arranged by client).

The Hose roll drum will be swivel type and equipped with 20mm water hose of length 100 ft and ending with GM shut-off nozzle.

23 Fly Catchers & Insecticutors: 4 Nos

This unit will be of Industrial type and provided with ultra violet lamps to destroy flies in the slaughterhall. The Unit should be

24 Water Piping: 1 Lot

Conforming to GI ‘B’ class for distribution of water within slaughter hall. The supply should include main header of size: 50 NB, including the cost of pipe, fittings and specials complete for distribution of water upto individual equipments. All the branch pipe lines will be of 25 mm NB. The scope includes necessary supports for main and branch lines.

25 Electricals: 1 Lot

Comprising of a Sub-distribution Board (LT) suitable for providing electrical connection to the individual items requiring power connection. The supply includes necessary power cables, conduits, isolators / Jn. Boxes, earthing etc., suitable for Dairy & Food Industry ( water proof type). However, the incoming connection to the SDB is to be provided by Client.

2 Raceway:(Length upto 30 M): 1 Set.

The raceway is to walk the animal to slaughter area from Lairage and should have two raceways, one each for animal and another for handler. It should be designed to ensure one way movement of animal in a single row and narrow enough to ensure animal can not

reverse itself. The raceway to slaughter hall shall be made out of heavy duty GI Pipe and shall be embeded in concrete at the bottom. The raceway should be duly covered with Galvalum sheet with necessary ground supports, to protect from rain and sunrays. The Raceways should extend upto the Casting area of the overhead slaughter line. A necessary split curtains have to be provided in the Raceway so that the animal cannot see any of the Slaughtering operations in the Slaughter hall.

The Ramp shall be constructed with min 100 mm thick of M15 grade of concrete and the slope is to be within 1:10. The raceway bottom should be non-skid type.

For estimate purpose, the length of Raceway is

3. Casting Pen items: 2 Sets.

Casting Pen is to ensure that an animal is borught to ground position for carrying out HALAL Slaughter by MULLAH in a controlled manner.

. The Casting Pen shall be in Civil/

Steel construction. And to be designed to allow humane slaughtering, as per guidelines of PETA. The supply should include sliding door / split curtains in the Race- way and also sliding door / split curtains near the casting area so that the live animal being slaughtered

is not visible to other animals.

Size: 3m x 6m ( Two portions) + Accessories as per specifications complete for finished item.

Halal Platform, 500mm (W) x 2000 mm (L) x 200mm (H).

The Supply includes:

- 1 No. Knife Steriliser, - 1 No. Hand Wash Basin, - 1 No. Apron wash.

4 Bleeding Grid: 2 Sets.

The Bleeding Grid shall be used for receiving the Animal from the Killing area and to collect the initial blood bleeding from the animal. The Bleeding grid should be made out of heavy duty stainless steel frame with SS pipe grid made out of 65 mm dia pipes.

The Unit will have SS stopper plates on three sides to avoid falling of animal to the ground.

The bleeding grid will have bottom SS blood collection tray for collection of the blood.

Approx. size of the unit will be 2.3M (L) x 1.5M (W) x 300mm (H).

5. Blood & Water Drain: 2 Sets

The Blood & Water drain is to ensure collection, transfer

a provision to clean and drain the wash water without mixing into blood. The Blood and water drain should be made out of SS with suitable closing lid to plug the drain opening. The supply includes SS Piping for blood draining into the collection vessel and also GI Piping for water drain. Size: 1200x500,

with two outlets of 100 mm dia and SS plug with chain.

6. Beef Hoist with Lander : 1000 Kgs 2 Sets.

The Beef hoist with lander shall be used for hoisting of the animal from the bleeding grid and the Beef lander shall be used to land the shackled, killed cattle

onto bleeding rail safely and coming back to starting position for next animal hoisting. The Unit comprises of heavy duty hoist drum, coupled to a electrical drive unit of suitable HP rating, sufficient to lift 1000 Kgs, The Unit has to be provided with pendant push button controls and a positive quick acting braking system to permit the worker to accomplish exact load

positioning, while lifting or lowering. The Beef Lander should be of galvanized steel construction. The Beef lander hook engages top frame of Roller shackle and raises the shackle frame. As lowering

continues, the land hook shall get disengaged from shackle and descents for next animal. Cap: 1000 Kgs, Motor: 2 Hp, lifitng height: 10 M.

Make of Hoist: INDEF / HERCULUS /Equivalent.

7 Bleeding Rails: (Length upto 25 M Each): 2 Sets.

The Overhead bleeding rail shall be used for hanging the animal in vertically down position to complete the blood bleeding. The Bleeding rail commences from the beef hoist and shall be provided upto the shackle release / transfer hoist for further transfer to the Dressing Rails. The bleeding rail shall be made out 60 mm dia heavy duty

special grade carbon steel tubes and galvanized and shall be supported by suitable brackets from the top supporting structure, which in trun is supported from

8 Transfer Platforms: 2 Sets.

The Platforms shall be used for transferring the Cattle from the bleeding rail to the dressing rail by hooking the hind leg and releasing the shackle. The leg transfer platform shall be designed to bear weight of 250 Kgs or two persons weight and shall be made out of SS

Structurals / Pipe secions. The top surface shall be covered with rust proof chequred plate. The platform shall be complete with SS railing and SS ladder. The size and shape of platforms will be as per the

space available at each location"

9 Transfer Hoist: 2 Sets.

The Transfer hoist will be of capacity 500 Kgs

minimum and will be used for transfer of animal from the bleeding rail to the dressing rail. The hoist should be of compact design, complete with hoist drum and suitable electric drive with remote operation pendant to permit the oprator to accomplish exact load positioning.

10 Dressing Rails / Over Head Track: (Total Length upto 100M): 1 Set The Dressing rail and the overhead track system shall

be used for carrying the animals in inverted down position, for carrying all the dressing

operations upto the Hanging Halls. The track shall have gradual slope for easy manual pushing. The overhead track shall be of 60 mm OD and made special grade Carbon steel

round section. The track shall be supported by means of steel brackets with a suitably designed MS supporting structure, which in turn is to be supported from the

include necessary rail switches (manually operated) as per the approved layout. The estimated total length of dressing rails will be 100M.

11 Dehiding Platforms: 4 Sets.

The De-hiding Platforms shall be of two level type so as to have access to the top and bottom areas of the carcass. The top level platform shall be used to remove legs, open-up and remove skin from legs, thighs and the upper/middle portion of the Carcass manually.

The Lower level shall be used for de-hiding the bottom portion of the animal and disposal of the hides. The Platforms shall be made out of SS Structurals/pipe sections. The top surfaces shall be covered with rust proof Chequred Plate. The Platforms shall be provided with SS Safety railing, SS pipe ladder. The size and shape of the platform will be as per space available at each location.

12 Brisket Platform: 1 Set.

Brisket Saw Platform shall be used for opening of the stomach portion of carcasses. The platform shall be made out of SS Structurals/Pipe sections. The top surface shall be covered with Rust proof chequered plate. The platform should be complete with SS railing, SS ladder. Size: 1500mm x 1250mm x 1600mm.

13 Viscera Inspection Table: 1 No.

Viscera Inspection Table has to facilitate the post mortem inspection of the

Viscera drawn from an animal. The table has to be designed in such a way that Vet Doctor can simultaneously view carcass & viscera of each animal. The Table shall be made out of

minimum 3 mm thick Stainless Steel of AISI 304 quality, bent at the edges to form a continuous trough for Viscera Inspection. The Table shall be provided with necessary SS supporting legs, ending with adjustable ball feet. The Viscera Inspection

length and of adequate height and complete with water drain with valve. Suitable opening shall be provided at one end to empty the contents easily into SS transfer Chute / Carts.All the SS welds shall be carried by TIG and ground smooth. All SS surfaces shall be polished to 150 grit finishes.

14 Suspect Carcass Rail: Length upto 12 M: 1 Set

Suspect Carcass rail shall be used for carrying the carcasses that are rejected in Viscera

inspection. The rail shall be made out of 60 mm dia special grade carbon steel tubes and supported by means

of steel brackets with suitably designed MS supporting structure, which in turn shall be supported from the beams, columns, slab or walls.

The Suspect rail system, should have provision to take back any dressed carcass which is approved after Lab testing and reject rail to divert the condemned carcass. The supply includes necessary rail track switches for change over as per above

mentioned requirements.

15 Splitting Platform ( Pneumatic): 1 Set.

Up and down movable type suitable for operation along with carcass splitting saw. The pneumatic raise and fall platform will have SS frame with non skid rust proof Chequered Plate bottom. The platform will be equipped with 2 Nos. Pneumatic cylinders attached to vertical pillars and a foot operated switch to control the upward and down ward movement.

16 Carcass Splitting Saw + Accessories: 1 Set

JARVIS/Equivalent imported Make, suitable for splitting of dressed carcasses of large animals like Cattle and Buffaloes. The splitting saw should be reciprocating type, suitable for medium capacity slaughterlines, upto 40 Heads per hour. The Saw shall be power driven with totally enclosed electric

17 Washing & Trimming Station: 1 Set

The Unit is for washing of the Carcass by means of high pressure water jets. Also, trimming of carcass to remove any undesirable visible portions. It should have mechanism to limit the water spread to stop wetting of other floor areas. The Washing station shall include stainless steel screen on opposite side of the platform to protect splashing/spilling of wash water. The Washing and Trimming platform shall be of two-level type to have complete access to the large animal. The Platform shall be made out of SS Structruals/ pipe sections. The top standing

surface to be covered with rust proof chequered plate.

The platform should be complete with SS railing and ladder complete for finished item.

SS Screen Size: 1800 (W) x 3000 (H) x 2mm thick.

Platform Size : 2000 x 1200 x 1500 / 800 mm (H)

18 Quarteing Station : 1 Set.

Quartering Station shall be used for quartering of carcasses and for lifting the fore-quarters and landing the same on the over head track for onward

movement to the hanging hall / disptach area.

Quartering lift shall be Electrical / Pneumatic operated type and complete for finished item.

The Bottom platform should be of size: 2M x 1.5M x 0.8 M (H).

19 Hanging Hall Net work & Dispatch Rails: (Total Length upto 60 M):

1 Set.

The Overhead track system shall be used for carrying the quarters to the hanging hall room and holding in the hanging halls till the time of dispatch. The track shall have to be designed with gradual slope for

20 S.S. Chutes / Ducts: 1 Set

The Stainless steel chutes will be used for dropping of Heads / Horns, Skins and offals from upper

dressing floor to the respective Bi-Product rooms in the Cellar floor.

The SS Chutes / ducts will be made out of minimum 2mm thick SS 304 quality materials and will be of sufficient size to easily dispose off the material. The suggested size of opening of chute and ducts are given below:

- Heads/Horns: Chute Size: 700 x 700 mm Duct Size: 600 mm dia.

- Skins : Chute Size: 700 x 500 mm Duct Size: 500 mm dia.

Offals : Chute Size: 500 x 500 mm . Duct Size: 500 x 500mm dia.

21 SS Apron Wash : 4 Nos.

22 Hand wash Basin / knife sterilisers: 10 Sets.

Wash Basins shall be designed to facilitate for hands free operation/ one hand operation. The wash basins shall be in Stainless Steel execution. The wash basins shall be supplied with water connection and push valve.

The drain pipe shall be provided upto the nearest floor drain. Knife Sterilisers are meant to sterilize knife before being used for any operation and should be able to hold two knives. The knife steriliser shall be in SS construction, and of sufficient size with water inlet connection and a drain. The unit shall be suitable for mounting on the side of wash basin or any of the working platform. The Unit shall be provided with industrial type Electrical Heating Element of minimum 0.5 KW rating complete for finished item.

23 SS Inspection Tables for heads & Plucks: 4 Nos.

These are meant for multiple purpose of receiving, inspection and transportation. This table shall be used to carry transfer heads and plucks, from the dressing line to viscera inspection and station to the place of disposal. The table should be made of SS material, and shall have wheels and locking arrangement. The capacity and design should be complementary with Viscera Inspection table to facilitate post mortem inspection and carcass, viscera and head and plucks simultaneously. Size: SS construction 2 mm thick Size: 2000 x 1000 x 800 mm, 50 mm dia SS legs with ball feet ( 4 inch) complete.

24 Bleeding Shackles: 30 Nos.

Bleeding Shackles are meant to hold the animal upside down with just one leg during hoisting time from bleeding grid and during the bleeding time. The Bleeding

shackles shall be heavy duty construction capable of handling 1000 Kg weight with the Steel parts and

to the killing area after transfering to the main dressing rail system. The bleeding shackles shall be galvanised as per ISI Standards complete for finished item.

25 Dressing Hooks ( Roller type ): 100 Nos

These roller type hooks

operation and shall be used for conveying the carcass through various dressing operations in the slaughter- -house. The hook shall be designed in such a way that it does not take too much of operator's effort to push carcass from working station to another.

Dressing hooks unit comprises of top bracket of forged steel duly galvanized and shalll be

specially designed for smooth running with trolley wheels and ending with Swivel

type hook, in SS construction. The hook shall have sharp end to hold the carcass and other end in bracket with semi spherical head, formed in heated condition. The Wheels shall be fitted with roller bearing for smooth operation complete for finished item.

26 Meat Hooks ( Sliding Type): 200 Nos.

The Units shall be used to carry the

dressed carcasses in quarters for storage in hanging halls and for dispatch in meat vans. The hook shall be designed in such a way that it does not take too much of operator's effort to push carcass from working station to another. The hooks shall comprise of top

bracket in forged steel construction, duly galvanized and shall be specially designed with a curved surface

on the top portion of the bracket for easy movement on the track complete for finished item.

27 S.S. Organ Trolleys: 6 Nos.

Organ Trolleys are meant for display, storing and movement of organs such as liver, heart, kidney etc., with in the slaughter hall. These Trolleys shall be of hook type and suitable to hang the organs on hook,

within the slaughter hall. The Trolley shall have SS frame work and bottom SS tray and shall have 4 Nos wheels of 4" dia and pushing handle.

28 SS Hooks Transfer Trolleys: 4 Nos.

These Trolleys will be used for storing and movement of Dressing Hooks and Meat hooks within the

slaughter hall. The trolley will have SS frame work with SS pipe holders for hanging of dressing / meat hooks. The Trolley will have 4 Nos Nylon Wheels of minimum 4" dia and pushing handle.

29 SS Transfer Carts: 10 Nos.

These Trolleys shall be used for transportation of miscellaneous materials within the slaughterhouse.

The Trolley shall be of 200L volume and made out of minimum 2mm thick sheet of SS material.

The design should facilitate simple

dumping on to ground / container in single operation.

The Tank shall be fitted with 4 Nos. Wheels and pushing handle. Size: 700x700x700 (SS 2mm thk) complete for finished item.

30 SS Working Tables ( By-Products): 4 Nos.

These tables are meant for receiving the emitted bowel and other non-edible products from the Slaughter line.

The Table shall be fabricated out of 2mm thick Stainless Steel sheet. The top rim of the vat shall be bent side and turned down to avoid sharp edge and also to provide sufficient stiffness to the table.

The table shall be supported on 4 Nos. SS legs with SS ball feet capable of 5 0mm vertical height adjustment. Size: 2000 x 1000 x 800 mm (H), complete for finished item.

31 Knife Sharpener 1 No

Knife sharpeners is meant to sharpen knifes used

electrically operated and with grinding stone for periodic sharpening of the knives used in the slaughterhouse. The supply should include bottom pedastal / support for direct mounting on the floor.

32 Suspension Steel & Mounting MS structure: 10 MT Suspension steel and mounting using mild steel,

including labour charges for fabrication including cost of welding rods, consumables, etc., and erecting in position and fixing by using chain pulley blocks, Derek pole arrangements and cranes etc., complete in position with I-Beams, within slaulghterhall.

33 Water Piping: 1 Lot.

The Supply includes GI 'B' class piping for water within Slaughter hall. The supply should include main header of size 50NB, including the cost of pipe,

fittings and specials, complete for distribution of water.

The branch lines will be of 25 mm dia and will be tapped from nearest main header available in respective rooms.

The supply includes necessary wall / floor supports as per site conditions and will be laid alongwith other utility pipe lines as per approved drawings.

34. Electrical Panel Board ( Cattle): 1 Set

To receive LT Power supply from Main Panel Board in the plant. The Panel will be sheet steel fabricated, cubicle type, Dust and vermin proof, duly painted with Aluminium Bus Bars, built as per IE Rules.

The Panel will have 3 Pole MCCB of sufficient

capacity for the incoming feeder and necessary DOL Starters for outgoing feeders. The Panel will also include 4 Pole change over switch for DG Set connection.

The Supply includes LT Power cables and control cables from the Panel Board (MCC) upto the individual electrical motors in the System.

36 Air Compressor (7.5 Hp) & Air Piping: 1 Set.

The Air compressor shall be single stage, reciprocating type, capable to develop air pressures upto 7 Kg/sq.cm and mounted on horizontal Air Receiver of minimum capacity 200L. The Air compressor should be

provided with electrical drive unit of 7.5 Hp Rating suitable on operation on 440V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, AC supply and coupled to air compressor with pulleys / V- belt drive unit.

The Supply includes Air piping confirming to GI 'B' class and will be from Air compressor upto the individual equipments in the Slaughterline. The supply includes pipe fittings, valves, Non-Return valves and Specials like Pressure gauges, Filter / Strainers, Regulators etc., as may be required by the individual equipments.

37 Air Curtains: 2 Nos.

The Air Curtains should be suitable for 1.2M width and are to be used at the building openings to the slaughter hall and at the dispatch dock in the ground floor.

38 Fly Catchers & Insecticutors: 4 Nos.

Fly Catchers & Insecticutors fitted with U.V. Lamps, Standard design, as used in the Food Industry.

39 Pressure Hose with Gun: 6 Nos.

The Unit should be of fire fighting type, wall mounted with swiveling hose reels in MS painted construction
