All the principals of Para Medical Institutions are requested to ^:

1.

^{Enclose copy oF the approved list} of selected candidates issued by the DM&HO.

Along with SSC marks Memo and Intermediate Pass Certificate Xerox copies.

2.

^{Enclose copy of the} previous hall ticket along with the application form in case of supplementary candidates.

3.

Application should be signed with seal and email address of principal paramedical Institutions for correspondence with signature of the candidate, and ^principal of the Paramedical Institute.

4.

After approval by the Secretary, TSPMB, download the hall tickets from their respective institutes,

^Each theory paper: 100 marks (i.e., question paper for 80 marks + 20 internal marks). Practical examination for 60 marks (i.e two experiments at @ 15 marks each + viva _@20 marks + spotters @10 marks). For DMLT there will be 3 practica I exams.
