It

has been reported that a person from Hindol village, Sub-Tehsil Baund, Charkhi

Dadri

has tested

positive for

corona

virus, as per report

received

from viral

testing laboratory,

PGIMS

Rohtak. Therefore,

the entire

geographical area

falling

under this village is hereby declared as ContainmenlZone. No person

of

Hindol village is allowed to move in or out

of

the village. Beside this, village Sanwar, Phogat and Sanjarwas situated

within

3 km radius

of

village Hindol are also declared No movement

ZonelContainment

Zone. Keeping

in view the

guidelines issued

by

the Government, the area surrounding villages namely

Saunf, Kasni and Sankrod are

declared

Buffer Zone i.e.

restricted movement

Zone for all the

^purposes

and objective as

prescribed

in the protocol of

COVID-19 Containment Plan issued by the (Heatlh Department)

to

prevent its spread in the adjoining areas.

For combating

the

situation

at

hand,

the following

action

plan is

prescribed to carry

out

screening

of

the suspects, testing

of all

suspected cases, quarantine, isolation, social distancing and other

public

health measures

in

the Containment Zone as

well

as B uffer Zone effectively ^:

l.

For containing transmission

of

coronavirus

in

the villages mentioned above, the plan submitted

by office of Civil

Surgeon, Charkhi

Dadri will be

implemented under the

overall

leadership

of Civil

Surgeon, Charkhi

Dadri in

letter and spirit

"Annexure-A&8".

2.

The entire areas

of

ContainmentZone and Buffer Zone shall be

fully

sanitized by

the

Executive

Officer, Municipal

Council, Charkhi

Dadri. lt

^shall be ensured by

the Municipal Council, Charkhi Dadri that the staff deployed for

complete sanitization

of

the

locality

is provided

with

proper personal protective equipments (PPEs)

viz.

face masks, gloves, caps, sanitizers, shoes and they shall

follow

social distancing norms.

No

sweeping

of

the area shall be done rather

the solid

waste shall be picked/lifted properly to avoid dust.

Containment Zone shall be absolutely restricted

Containment

The following officers are hereby appointed as Duty Magistrates for

Surgeon, Charkhi Dadri shall ^ensure

that all the required

health-care/medical

facilities are in ^place to meet

any emergency

for

carrying the

ASHA

Workers/ANMs

from

Hospital

to

the Zones and drop them back and ensure that the buses are properly sanitized before ^and after use.

Demand

of

essential goods/commodities

medicine/vegetables shall be worked out and list shall be prepared by the Secretary Market Committee and D.F.S.C., Charkhi Dadri. There shall be separate packets

of

vegetables, ration/grocery items,

milk etc

and

delivery of the

same should be ensured

at the door step. The delivery boy would wear

^{personal protective}

equipments and drop the packets at the door itself. He

will

not go inside any house or make physical contact with any ^person.

The grocery items,

milk,

vegetables, medicine/personal protective items etc shall

be made available

according

to the

demand

by the DFSC, Charkhi

Dadri, Secretary, Market Committee and

Surgeon, Charkhi

respectively and

all

these items shall be kept
