The Government has issued orders for imptementation of Scheme of TVCC

for the benefit of ^Persons with Disabitities ^(PwDs) for supply of Aids & Apptiances under Rehabilitation & Suppty

of

Prosthetic Aids

to

^PH for the year 2070-21 vide references cited above.

2. ^Further, the

Government

has issued detaited

guidetines _regarding etigibitity

criteria,

^process

of

selection

of

beneficiaries for each assistive device and constitution

of

District Screening Committee

for

certain devices as shown betow vide G.O.Rt.No. 27 dated '18.03.2020 and certain amendments were made

in the

guidetines

in respect of Age, Disabitity Criteria and

Educationat Quatifications vide G.O.Rt.No.141, dated 31.12.2020 ^(GOs enctosed). Hence, att

imptementing the programme. Further the district wise

Govt. (WCD&SC Dept.). The District Screening Committee shatt fottow the above guidetines vide selecting the beneficiaries under different Aids

Apptiances

as per the targets fixed under each item without

any deviation.

the Government have decided to obtain the apptications through Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System (OBMMS)

Portal.

Since this system is new

to

PwDs, the District Welfare Officers should take necessary steps

to

create sufficient awareness among

the

PwDs so

that att the etigibte and needy PwDs submit their apptications through ^OBM/VIS.

To provide Daisy Players to Visually Handicapped Students ^those rvho are studying Intermediate, as an assistive device for promoting access to quality education and enhancing their professional skilis.

IL Eligibility:
